| Adjusting power for heater |

Between proportion control and PID control, it is refer to adjusting problem. Adjusting |
| often adjust the
output of the heater by following three ways: |

By adjusting guide-conner of controllable silica, it can adjust the valid
voltage of the heater. See the picture. |

● Multilevel control: As the large heater, the carriages for controllable silica or SSR can't satisfy the needed; often they are instead of by multilevel control. The multilevel control it is that divide the heating system into several absolute heating teams. One of the teams is controlled by controllable silica or SSR, the rest teams are controlled by connector, which is auto adjust each heat teams' output power for connector and controllable silica or SSR by the signal of proportion control or PID control. And it realizes without grade adjusting for large power heater, also avoids temperature fluctuate and strike of heating system for electric net. Control process see the picture: |
