Control form
  “on/off”control:This control is the process that while the temperature is higher than setting temperature, the heater turn off, while the temperature is lower than setting temperature, the heater turn on, and the temperature is always at a certain scope. See the picture, this control form is simple and reliable. Usually used for heating occasion of the conduct and convection.

 
  Proportion control:The proportion band is ±10℃. While the temperature is lower, then the proportion, heater working is full power, and the temperature is higher then the proportion, heater is turned off. At the range of the proportion band , the power of heater is lower while the temperature is high, finally level off a point. See the picture, proportion can eliminate the temperature fluctuating of "on/off" control. But the point can change while the heater system changed. See the picture. So it is necessary to compensate the point by hands at the first time opening the heating system. In order to control precision, proportions usually don't used in the large scope occasion.
 
  Proportion Calculous control (PID control):Proportion Calculous control is adding the control of integral and differential coefficient based on proportion control. After correctly setting PID parameter (also can auto setting), it can reduce or eliminate the temperature fluctuate and windage when the opening, and quickly stabilizing the temperature setting, see the picture. PID control usually applied to the occasion, which need the exact control temperature and big load fluctuate.
 
  Cluster control:Above control is hard to maintain a setting data while the loading
changed largely. In order to reach this purpose, we may add one or more sensor, and which can survey
the changes of load ,while the temperature is unchanged,and the system can adjust the power and keep the temperature stability. For example: Among a flowing medium system, the PID control can adjust its power after the temperature changed, it is lagging. While the cluster control can add a flowing sensor, while the flowing changed, the power can adjust
in time, which can sure the stability of the medium temperature. Also the control system
can expediently connect to the DCS, and to realize the center control.
